On April 1, 1997, Camden Family Medical Associates, Camden Internal Medicine Associates, Camden OB-GYN,   Camden Surgical Associates and Palmetto Eye Physicians merged to form Sentinel Health Partners, P.A., a new  multi-specialty medical group practice.
