Prescription refills for established patients of Sentinel Health Partners are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. You can make your request by:
- Calling the office directly
- Having your pharmacy fax the request to the office
- Completing and submitting our secure Prescription Refill Form below
We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. If there is a problem with your refill request or if we require more information from you, we will contact you by phone.
No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
Please note: Controlled substances cannot be called in. These prescriptions have to be picked up by the patient.
The online transmission of your prescription information is secure. All of your information is held in the strictest of confidence, adhering to all privacy laws.
